A gross motor fun activity to go with the apple theme. It was also reiterating the apple picking at our local orchard.
For this activity I cut out tree trunk from one of the many amazon boxes we have. Recently I got this green poster paper from dollar tree and I cut a tree top free hand. Lastly for the apples used the apple bulletin decor ( spotted at target dollar spot). Laminated them and attached velcro dots. Fix the tree to wall using double sides tape and it’s ready!
M loved plucking the apples and fixing it back. But it didn’t held her attention longer. But once R was back from school we had a blast doing apple tree racing.
We did many round of racing and picking apples game until we got tired! Soon M also enthusiastically joined our game.
